Can managers ever see private entries?
Never. Private entries are encrypted with a key only the employee can access — enforced at the database level, not just policy. Managers have no technical path to reach private data.
What integrations are included on each plan?
Email delivery is included on all plans. Slack and Microsoft Teams are included on Premium and Enterprise. Monday.com is available on Premium and above.
How is "per user" counted?
Per active user per month — meaning any employee who logged in or submitted a check-in that month. Inactive accounts are never counted toward your bill.
Is there a minimum team size?
No minimum. Core and Premium work well for teams of 5 to 500. Enterprise is designed for organizations of 500 or more seats.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
