What SafeVoice Daily does
Two experiences, one platform
Employees get privacy and reflection. Managers get visibility without surveillance. Trust is the product.
Daily check-in prompts
Personalized prompts tied to Dr. Standfield's research themes — a new one is waiting in the app each morning.
Full privacy control
Every entry is private by default. Employees choose to keep it in their journal or share it with their manager — no pressure either way.
Anonymized team pulse
Managers see themes, never names. Workload, recognition, and clarity signals surface from shared entries only.
Action plans, not just data
When results come in, leaders get a prioritized action plan: why each issue matters, what to do first, and how to close the loop with their team.
For employees
A safe space to reflect, every morning
Most employees have things they want to say — but aren't sure it's safe to say them. SafeVoice Daily changes that dynamic by putting privacy first.
Respond in under 2 minutes each morning
Full control over what managers ever see
Private, encrypted journal — never shown to managers
For managers
Lead with insight, not guesswork
The best managers aren't mind readers — they just have better signals. SafeVoice Daily gives you team awareness without compromising trust.
Spot team stress before it becomes turnover
Daily nudges grounded in LMX research
Never see what employees chose to keep private
How it works
Simple for everyone
1
Employee opens a new prompt each morning
A fresh prompt is waiting in the SafeVoice Daily app every day. It takes less than 2 minutes to complete, and prompts rotate through Dr. Standfield's research themes.
2
They respond and choose what happens next
"Keep private" locks the entry in their encrypted personal journal. "Share with my manager" sends it directly. Nothing in between — no algorithm decides for them.
3
Manager sees patterns, not people
Anonymized themes from shared entries surface on the manager dashboard. Private entries are stored encrypted and are never sent to any manager or leadership dashboard.
4
Leaders get a plan, and act on it
Results come with prioritized, research-based recommendations and close-the-loop steps. Shared entries come with a Schedule 1:1 button, so follow-up takes one click.
Before you start
Listening is only half the job
Asking employees to speak up is a promise. The value of SafeVoice Daily comes from what leaders do with what they hear.
When leaders ask and don't act
Employees take a risk and raise a concern.
Nothing visibly changes, and no one explains why.
People conclude that speaking up is pointless, or unsafe.
Silence spreads, trust drops, and your strongest people start looking elsewhere.
When leaders close the loop
Leaders thank people and share what they heard.
They commit to one or two specific actions, with owners and dates.
They're honest about what can't change yet, and why.
People see their voice lead somewhere, so they keep using it.
Important: results require action
Knowing there's a problem and doing nothing about it is worse than not knowing at all. When employees are asked for honest input and then see no response, they learn that speaking up doesn't matter. That can leave engagement and trust lower than before you asked.
SafeVoice Daily surfaces issues and recommends research-based next steps, but it can't fix them on its own. Please start only if your leadership team is prepared to review results, respond to employees, and follow through. Outcomes depend on the actions your organization takes.

"When employees perceive a psychologically safe working environment, they are more likely to engage in risk-taking for organizational and stakeholders' sake — and to ensure their voices are heard through constructive leader-member exchanges."
Every prompt, every insight, and every manager nudge in SafeVoice Daily is grounded in Dr. Standfield's doctoral research in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. This isn't generic best practices — it's validated organizational science applied to the workplace every single day.

Frequently asked
Common questions
Can managers ever see private entries?
No. Private entries are encrypted before they are stored, and no manager or leadership screen can display them. Managers only see entries an employee chooses to share, plus anonymized themes. Access to the encryption key is limited to SafeVoice Daily's system administrator and is never used to read entries.
What happens when results show a problem?
Leaders get an action plan alongside the results: what the data is signaling, why it matters, the first steps to take, and how to close the loop with employees. We strongly recommend responding within two weeks. Asking people for honest input and then doing nothing can do more harm than never asking, so please start only if your leadership team is ready to act on what it hears.
How is "per user" counted?
Per active user per month — meaning any employee who logged in or submitted a check-in that month. Inactive accounts are never counted toward your bill.
Is there a minimum team size?
No minimum. Core and Premium work well for teams of 5 to 500. Enterprise is designed for organizations of 500 or more seats.
What happens after the 90-day pilot?
We'll review results with you — engagement rates, manager feedback, team pulse trends — and recommend the right plan going forward. There's no automatic charge at the end of the pilot.
